The Panel usually makes a formal response to all consultations put out by the FSA (Financial Services Authority) where the policy has or could have an impact on consumers.

The Panel also responds to UK Government, European Commission and other consultations where the resulting policy may affect the way that consumers interact with financial services.

We publish all the Panel's responses to formal consultations here on our website. They are organised by year of publication.

There may be other documents - usually letters - where the Panel has expressed a view outside of any formal consultation period.
