FSMA Review 2003/4

HM Treasury has a commitment to review the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, two years after it came into effect, which was on 1st December 2001.

The Consumer Panel has made early representations both to HM Treasury and the FSA over the course of 2003, to highlight the priorities as we see them, for such a review.
